About the Group
A business group built on relationships, based in Dubai.
Sheikh Ayash Group of Companies unites the international trade, beauty and personal-care, and travel and tourism interests of founder Ihtisham Khan, together with the values that connect them.
Sheikh Ayash Group of Companies is a Dubai-based group that brings together several distinct businesses under one name and one standard of conduct.
The group’s companies trade internationally, supply beauty and personal-care products and equipment, and arrange travel experiences and business facilitation in the United Arab Emirates. They are different businesses with different customers, but they share a founder, an address and a way of working: relationships first, transactions second.
Dubai is the natural home for that approach. The city sits between Europe, Asia and Africa, and its commercial culture rewards people who can bring markets together. The group’s international connections in the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Estonia, Ukraine, Denmark, Albania, Slovenia and Thailand reflect that position, as do its ambitions to develop further networks in North America, Australasia and across the wider GCC.
What distinguishes the group is not scale but intent. It is deliberately founder-led, which means a counterpart deals with the person who makes decisions, and it treats humanitarian responsibility as part of how it does business rather than as a separate activity.
Founder Profile
Ihtisham Khan (Sheikh Ayash)
Founder, Sheikh Ayash Group of Companies · Dubai-based entrepreneur
Ihtisham Khan, known to many of his counterparts as Sheikh Ayash, is the founder and principal representative of the group. He is the person business owners, investors and prospective partners deal with directly.
His focus is international entrepreneurship in its practical form: identifying where one market has something another needs, introducing the right people to each other, and staying involved long enough for a relationship to become a working one. That has taken him into general trading, beauty and personal-care commerce, and tourism and business facilitation in the UAE.
Alongside commerce, he holds a firm view that international relationships carry responsibilities. The group’s humanitarian support for people affected by the war in Ukraine, provided with the assistance of Estonia’s Mondo, is an expression of that view.

Vision & Mission
What the group is working toward.
Two statements that guide decisions across every company in the group.
Our Vision
A globally connected group.
To build a globally connected business group that advances responsible commerce, constructive international relationships, human rights and meaningful humanitarian engagement.
Our Mission
Relationships that last.
To create lasting relationships with local, international and multinational companies, facilitate responsible trade and business opportunities, and strengthen cooperation across markets while contributing positively to the communities we engage with.
Organisational Values
How the group conducts itself.
The standards a counterpart can expect, whichever company they are dealing with.
Relationships before transactions
The group looks for counterparts it can work with for years, and invests the time that takes.
Clarity and honesty
What is existing activity and what is future ambition is stated plainly, on this website and in conversation.
Respect across cultures
Working between markets means working between cultures. The group treats that as a skill, not an obstacle.
Responsible commerce
Trade should leave the people and places it touches better off. Where it cannot, the group would rather not trade.
Humanitarian responsibility
Concern for human rights and for people affected by conflict is part of the group’s identity, not a side activity.
Founder accountability
Decisions are made by the person a partner is speaking to, and he answers for them.
